For many, the rise of Donald Trump was a manifestation of this long-brewing and ideologically varied skepticism toward diversity.http://nyer.cm/c3rYWyB

Not sure how being asked to hire a more diverse workforce leads to fatigue. Is it that tiring for people to come into contact with difference? To view difference? #snowflakes

Depending on what industry you're talking about, that fatigue likely indicates inability to find workers w/ right education/experience or inability to discipline/terminate employees who disregard standards or fail to meet expectations.

I find it hard to believe there aren't enough women or minority candidates ready and willing to interview.? I mean, make your company attractive for these candidates, promote role models, and tailor your pipelines. Or hire someone to figure out how to do that for your company.

Diversity dogmatism is not a "scapegoat." It is a very real problem, and people are tired of being accused of being racists or sexists in order to silence their complaints about it. It isn't a social effort; it's pure cultural blackmail.

        — In #HyperConnectedEra* (*media+social 2.0 feedback/chaos loop) MEDIA created a PC-enforced public realm dominated by inflammatory distortion in which rational discussion was replaced by holier-than-thou name-calling. Trump’s defeat of #media’s avatar Clinton was a corrective.pic.twitter.com/oH6zEYa6Hg

'Diversity' isn't the problem. The problem is anti-white hysteria in universities & media, victimhood marches, racial hoaxes, gender arguments, & humorless PC police. In current context, 'diversity' seems a cypher for 'anything but white or cis, esp if male.'
