        Yes. I strongly recommend his book When Breath Becomes Air which an uplifting read surprisingly. His use of language is masterful. One of my residents @UCSD gave the book to me.

        Yes, the book was sad but also very beautiful and inspiring. Instantly became my all time favorite book. Kalanathi was brilliant and gifted; we are blessed to have his beautiful words.

        I'm reading his book at the moment! It's both brilliant and heartbraking, what a talented and brave guy ! I'm a cancer survivor twice over , this book also made me realise how lucky I am to be alive. Such a waste that a man with so much talent was taken too early 💔
