Solution 1: the desert...
Solution 2: there will be a lot of gravel mined from the boring tunnels perhaps

desert sand can't be used for everything we use sand for
-
I'm learning... Not sure why we can't use it for beach volleyball though. If you have any links that elaborate more, awesome. Otherwise I'll be googling to understand this apparent "scarcity" of sand.. Artemis (fiction lol) said there is silicon on Mars
:) ha thx...

First we were going to face the ice age, then run out of oil, then it was climate change l, now it's sand. At some point we must say ...just STOP

The only problem with capitalism is the way it depends on infinite growth while confined within a finite planet. Sooner or later one of these dire prognostications has to be right. It's a mathematical certainty.
-
Every time a genius yells were running out of supplies/room for cables someone invents wireless. The earth is only as finite as human imagination. That's why capitalism created the strongest, greatest country that has ever existed. Those who invest into it will continue winning
-
All empires fall. I'm not looking forward to it, but again, it's a mathematical certainty.
-
The only way we fall is when the people within fail. We've imported so much failure that is dependent they overwhelm. Yes, we will fail if it continues. Socialism doesn't work because it depends on the few that produce. Soon that expires with exhaustion
