Donald Trump’s insistence on saying “Merry Christmas,” rather than “Season’s Greetings,” seems mostly to be part of his program to reverse the protocols of his predecessor: http://nyer.cm/3NmmXA4 pic.twitter.com/W7u78GoTQd

Donald Trump’s insistence on saying “Merry Christmas,” rather than “Season’s Greetings,” seems mostly to be part of his program to turn something perfectly nice into a white supremacist dog whistle. We live in a squirming hell surrounded by faceless demons.

Exactly. There's a YouTube video of Barack and Michelle Obama saying "Merry Christams" dozens and dozens of times. Pure Trump con job. Hurry up, Mueller!

Have you seen the clips of the Obama's saying Merry Christmas 9,000,000,000 (billion) times. Trump is a stain on society he should have been swallowed. Merry Christmas!!!!!

Exactly! Shame on him and other GOP leaders like JIm Jordon who belittle the FBI just because of Mueller's mounting evidence that Putin compromised DT decades ago. We must pursue this probe honestly to find out, for America's sake. >> http://osintdaily.blogspot.com/2017/02/poll-has-putin-and-fsb-spy-agency.html …

what are you talking about? President Obama said Merry Christmas all the time. Don't republish #45's lies.

It could be to reverse what his predecessor did, but never underestimate the thinly-veiled (or perhaps not so thinly-veiled) racism that can be a huge part of "We say Merry Christmas, not Happy Holidays."
