Victor Davis Hanson’s book “The Second World Wars” revolves around a question highly relevant to our own brewing confrontation with North Korea: Why, and how, do weaker nations convince themselves that they are capable of defeating stronger ones?http://nyer.cm/Xx3pwJG

Why is anyone still pretending that Victor Davis Hanson is a thinker worth reading?

Did this dude really get paid to write a book based on the ridiculous premise that Germany and N. Korea are similar and how did he convince you guys to promote it? I mean it's a shockingly bad premise...

Duh...The US is infested with Nazi's who don't know they are Nazi's. Truth is, they don't understand why Nazi's are so hated by PBS

Weaker vs. stronger, "underdog" vs. the powerful. It's a trope, and after all, didn't we Americans start out that way against the British? It's not surprising in the least to know that the weak wish to supplant the strong.

It’s called nukes you fuck. Once a weak country has them, a strong one doesn’t just want to start a war because they have a lot to lose as well. It’s the game changer when all you need is 100 warheads to change the economic and physical climate of the planet+ kill lots of ppl.
