As employers strive to better deal with sexual harassment allegations, a perception that they might favor accusers over the accused may raise questions about sex discrimination against males: http://nyer.cm/oD1NOzF pic.twitter.com/6lkHu0Z4xY

The male accused have always been treated better & more often believed than female accusers. This is why #MeToo is making such an impact. This is also why #MeToo is being weaponized against us by opponents, so mistrust is sown. Regardless, #DueProcess should be followed.

#BanalityOfSexism "The banality of evil," was used to describe the mindset of uber Nazis in WWII. If a person commits enough unspeakable crimes, he/she accepts them as "normal." #metoo has exposed the fact that we live in a society that has "normalized" sexism and sexual abuse.pic.twitter.com/REBrFcV7yv

I believe it has to do with their so called reasons for protecting the overall brand or corporation. Many times companies find it very hard to look bad or have a bad reputation so individuals take extreme measures to cover up crimes and wrongdoings.

However, it's even more disturbing to know that it's a number of women out here suffering behind incidents as such and felt they have no voice or platform to speak out. Hence, why so many women are coming forward as of recently.

You guys are really ‘gunna lose yer shit’ (that is, be bewildered to the point of being alarmed) once you examine the racial component at the college level between the accusers & the accused. If you recover, you will then be taken aback by the lack of #dueprocess & transparency
