        America is living through a horrific #ConstitutionalCrisis, fueled by bigoted, right-wing donors emboldened by that horrid Citizens United ruling. We need creative Democratic leaders who can decimate the GOP w/Constitutional challenges to exploit the racial animus fueling them.

        Thanks for the link. My understanding is that she is addressing constituents, not colleagues. Until was passed we won’t appreciate its benefits because at the time it was just a complex bill. History seems to have born it out.

        Again, discussion of an entirely new realm of federal expansion and involvement versus tax policy. Tax policy changes happen pretty much annually. Changes to ACA literally had to navigate around conference by using the reconciliation you mentioned.
