The second law of thermodynamics will bite any tech solution. The only way to remove CO2 is to plant forests.

What happened to micro algae that converts CO2 to Oxygen? Micro algae farms would also yield biofuel plus food since humans can consume the algae instead of any flesh.

Will the US embrace new technology to remove CO2 or do we let more progressive countries (Paris Accord*)develop it? *Every country

So, it has to be something that someone can profit from to provide an incentive; gotcha. Let's just make sure there's not some harmful after effect that we didn't anticipate because we were hurrying to the spoils!

This article is depressing. The truth is depressing. Knowledge is power, but knowing without the ability to do something about it is hopelessness. Atleast I’ll be dead when shit hits the fan.

If they could advance Terra forming technology we could just turn deserts into Forrest’s and that would get us half way there, tech CO2 removal does the rest.
