no ones denying there’s a problem. It’s just funny how no one thinks of less glamorous industries. Nursing and mining employ more people than tech globally, and would seem to be a more impactful subject but not clickbaity enough perhaps

I don’t think it’s gender discrimination at all. I know so many guys who studied computer science or tech and I barely know any women in that major. At NJIT every class is 99% men. I think it’s imbalanced because women simply opt not to go into that field.
