A year after the election, how can the G.O.P. be staking its future on a tax plan that represents the antithesis of populism?http://nyer.cm/TOFEHv8

If some form of this tax plan gets approved and forces more major spending cuts, where does the money come from to fix failing infrastructure?

From our formerly allowed-now-excluded tax deductions, the slashed-to-almost-nothing EPA funds, Medicare/Medicaid, Social Security checks, school programs, disability checks, earmarked funds for infrastructure repair taken away, DACA, health care for seriously ill, ⏩ list goes on

Yes, this tax reform will put a “ton”(as you say), more weight on our shoulders. The 1% will become much more wealthy while the rest of Americans will be struggling to make ends meet for many years to come. We’ll have nothing to show for it as our taxes will increase every year.

GOP puts party above everything. Screwing the middleclass with #TaxCutsForTheRich & will seat a pedophile to prove it. They don't even hide their contempt for the general public anymore.

because the @GOP is morally bankrupt? At the very least it's because, at this moment, they simply don't care about the average person.
