Self defense against whom? Who is the boogeyman? Drill into that and find the answer to Congress’ and the @GOP refusal to act. (Racism.)

Only a trained person can really defend w/ a gun. In NYC, Best defense is: act like a crazy person, do weird movements, make weird sounds...

Kenyas intentional homicide rate per 100,000 is 5.75. United states is 4.88. So by what metric do you make your claim?

I think the point about gun control isn't so much conceal carry handguns. It's assault rifles that NO ONE should have access to buy.

I'm glad Stephen willeford had an assault rifle when he faced devin Kelley. Why do you want to take the advantage away from the innocent?

I don't want anyone to have them. Then no one would have an "advantage"

I'm skeptical that any law would be effective in removing all "assault weapons". The guns would still be out there by the millions even if a law was passed against possession. You are asking law abiding ppl to take a huge gamble by giving them up. See Paris 01/07/15 and 11/13/15.
