I endured bunion surgery on both feet in the 1980s after years of high heels. I still wear them albeit rarely.

I stopped wearing heels in my thirties. Flats were OK for work. Sport shoes since then. I am a drop out I guess!

Jeesh I Love my gorgeous shoes w heels: the 3” chunky heels the 4”+thinner heel the 3” kitten heel plus all my cool sneakers: can you envision a gorgeous shoe in flat heels? Nope. Just don’t wear them all the time.

High heels and long nails have always seemed to me like hobbles on a horse. We want equality, but we can't walk or use our hands.

High heels as well as decorative kravats for men are equally useless. The low cost production & craft make them, however, very profitable.

Who held us down and forced high heels on to our feet? Nobody. We chose to buy in to the idea that legs look sexier in high heels
