        Only 2,5 million out of 5 in Catalonia voted on the ilegal referéndum. Still they “declared” independence. That’s NOT democracy.

        1) independence has not been declared yet 2) even with a 70% turnout (highest ever in Catalonia), and assuming evrybody else had votes No, YES votes would have outnumbered the rest. 3) ask Spain to negotiate

        Correction, as 90% of the 43% of Catalonia residents who voted voted for autonomy...The majority of Catalonians do not want to secede.

        It was an illegal referendum against the Spanish Constitution,which provides Catalonia with a very generous self-governmnt.
