I dunno about that. I had a dreadful boss. It took me 8 months to find job when I first started looking. I couldn't afford to quit.

I was a paralegal so I'm think of support staff mainly. But most people need a job. Getting fired is better b/c they'll get unemployment.

The article is referring to WH aides, mouthpieces like Conway&Spicer, not support staff. Could easily secure jobs, now killing reputations.
