        I never claimed that it is. I'm trying to bring additional awareness to this story, which has by & large been ignored by the press. I for one am grateful that the New Yorker is bringing much-needed attention to it again, especially for ppl who may have been unaware before today.

        Joseph Mifsud told George Papadopoulos about HRC emails in April 2016. The meeting with G.P., Sessions and Trump was on 3/31/16. Rob Goldstone's first email to Donald Trump Jr. was on 6/3/16. The Trump Tower meeting - 6/9/16. DNS lookups began in 5/16.

        I read NYT journalist was on story FBI said sit on story for bit, and eventually NYT journalist left NYT partly over frustration about this story. I recall while back story saying "it was a dead end: because cant really prove anything & Alfa denies it all then servers went dark.

        Yes - and this covered in Dexter Filkins story in New Yokrker - crazy that Eric Lichtblau’s work cut down to what it was in that NYT Oct 31 2016 story - no mention of FBI meeting w him I think... and the fallout that you mention in The New Yorker piece
