There r 3.4M cases reported a year in U.S. His 300 cases r 0.000029% of total - so Holick is talking about FAR <1% of all cases. That # falls even further b/c those 300 cases in which Dr. Holick’s been an expert aren’t just over one year, but several & also include nonU.S. cases.
