The Kavanaugh nomination is a referendum on the #MeToo movement—on whether the goodness of successful men should be taken for granted, and whether the women who have suffered abuse should remain silent lest they sully sterling reputations.http://nyer.cm/E8OFuJ3

And, #TimesUp is an expressed “NO” - women are not going to remain silent about assault so the “good” men can advance in their careers under their shroud of lies.

It’s no coincidence that the #MeToo Movement didn’t start until after Hillary Clinton lost and the left no longer had use for her or her pussy-chasing husband. #ConfirmJudgeKavanaughNow

Seems like the #metoo movement has been kidnapped for political gain. Nothing that transpired on either side showed real concern for victims as much as it showed how low the fight for the supreme court will go.

Everybody. This should have been addressed earlier, with a real in-depth investigation to corroborate the allegations. It should not have turned into a political circus. Without real evidence, we are just taking sides based on our bias. There will be no justice done here.

I don't disagree with that. I believe however that it's been the GOP who have tried to prevent this from happening. I also think that had they released Kavanaugh's papers for the hearing there may have been no need to have raised Dr Ford's allegations.
