“The way that justice works is you recognize harm, you take responsibility for it, and then you begin to repair it,” a protestor shouted at Senator Flake on Friday morning, after he announced that he would vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh. http://nyer.cm/bKGQpfa pic.twitter.com/SCAXb1iJKI

@JeffFlake has turned out to be one of the most insidious members of the GOP. At least the others didn't pretend that they actually cared about doing the right thing and just voted for party and donors. Flake was just an enormous hypocrite who spoke empty words with no actions.

And that’s exactly why Flake is voting to confirm Kavanaugh. He recognizes the harm Democrats have done to America during these hearings, and chose the right path for repairing the damage. BTW: Ginsburg is getting pretty old isn’t she?

Kavanaugh needs to take the decision to diffuse this and withdraw from the nomination whether he did it or not, or doesn’t remember it. There are no good solutions, but this might be the least worst.

In other words one must admit to allegations even if they r false? This is a crazy world when an innocent person can't stand up and shout his/her innocence.
