What we witnessed was the Democratic Party attempting to obstruct and delay court proceedings with an evil scheme that failed miserably, and rightfully so.

Obstruct and delay Court proceedings?... You mean the way that the Republicans did with Merrick Garland??
-
Merrick Garland’s appointment was delayed for being too close to the end of Obama’s 2nd term for him to appoint a Supreme Court judge. Republicans didn’t accuse Garland of sexual assault in an attempt to smear his name and destroy his family. That’s disgusting, inexcusable evil.
-
Too close to the end of Obama's second term?? Really?? It was nearly 300 days before the end of the term...That's almost a year. It was obstruction pure & simple. The Republicans blocked everything that had Obama's name on it.
-
These people who say that crap live in an alternate reality then the rest of us apparently. 300 days is too soon. Wtf. They make up BS rules to fit their political agenda but can't handle legitimate opposition when their nominee is a terrible choice.

The final nail in the coffin will most likely be hammered into place with Kavanaugh's confirmation. America is Dead.
-
It died the day Trump was elected.

U ever hear of a Phoenix?
-
They aren’t real.
-
I was trying to make a metaphor about how all the negative things that we are going through could give birth to something better and brighter than ever before. why be held back by “reality”? Life is a fantasy, you’ll never convince me that there’s no magic here, spread positivity
-
Which is why you chose to reply ‘You’re fun at parties,’ initially. Pretend I said ‘U ever heard of a dark phoenix?’ If you still don’t understand, oh well.

Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde. that is what I saw today, not the temperament of a Justice of the Supreme Court. He turned against Sen Klobuchar, he apologized by the fact that he could not hold his temper, Americans can see that students say he is a belligerent turn on dime sober of drunk.
-
Kavanaugh is famous for his rages. This comes from his privilege. He's used to getting away with whatever he wants.

Remember when the New Yorker wasn’t merely a partisan apologist, and instead was an intellectual powerhouse? I do.
-
Do you have any specific criticisms of the analysis?
-
Propably that no one can really know what is true in this case, but kavanaugh and ford. If we assume he did it we lose our core principles as western society, innocent until found guilty. I watched them both and I think there is no way anyone can know for sure what happened.
-
If that's your critique then I question whether you read the analysis. Also, there is a witness but neither Kavanaugh nor the GOP wants him to testify and confirm what they say is his innocence.
-
And they stopped letting the prosecutor ask questions when she started getting close to something
