I don’t care if this happened 30 yrs ago or three. When sexual assault occurs you don’t forget. If the man who sexually assaulted me when I was 15 was a SCOTUS nom, hell yes I would out him. Victims don’t come forward bc it’s painful, and they’re called liars. He is disqualified.

I could have guessed that from the fact that the
@GOP produced, practically overnight, 65 female character witness from Kavanaugh's High Schools days. They obviously hoped to bury the attempted rape allegation but they were prepared with something if it did come out. - 1 more reply

Did she report it authorities when it occurred?

My best friend reported being raped & told police who did it n 2006. She was told since she was @ a bar she shld hv expected it. He stalked her for 2 mnths & then she was murdered. The cops blamed her for that 2. You think women would hv been treated better when this took place?

This didn't answer my question.

With all due respect. A vague accusation dating back decades to the ignorant and impulsive (though still VERY WRONG if the allegations are confirmed) act of a high school Brett Kavanaugh should not prevent an up or down vote on the nominations SCOTUS justices regardless of party.
-
With all due respect everything you stated in your tweet is wrong
-
With all due respect, then why did the GOP rustle up all those signatures of “classmates?”
-
I too always carry a letter from 65 high school classmates attesting that I didn’t rape them. Who doesn’t?

Nor does it mean she is lying. It should be investigated thoroughly.

According to the article, the woman had psychological treatment after the incident. Couldn't the records of that treatment used as evidence if she gave permission for her doctor to release them?

Publicizing this letter from an anonymous woman this late in Kavanaugh's confirmation process is the absolute low point in Senator Feinstein's career.
-
You're using this talking point a LOT. Also, Feinstein didn't publish it, but you know that. You're lying.
