        One great way to marginalize women writers is to imply their lack of cultural centrality--"you've likely never read"--even while admitting they write great prose. Bonus points for showing her making dinner rather than one of her books. @BonnetsAtDawn

        This is silly and myopic. Many of us have read Joan Aiken when we were kids and to our own kids. Is this reporter under 40? If so, perhaps doing some basic journalism is in order. Also, absolutely disgusted re Bannon choice. Do better.
