McCain’s grand funeral underscored a fact that is often lost about Washington these days. The city is much more bipartisan, in some respects, than it has ever been, more united than it may currently seem, in its hatred of Donald Trump.http://nyer.cm/JpKKjcd

Um ... no. The resistance is the people, not politicians. MSM never seems to get that. McCain's funeral was a meeting of an elite group of politicians.

This is nonsense. There is no real bipartisanship where it really matters—in making the tough choices to work with ideological opponents on sensical solutions in spite of the heat you might take. It’s the place McCain was many times and the place Flake never will be.

Bullshit. Hatred doesn’t equal action. The entire GOP remains 100% complicit in covering for his behavior and crimes and enacting an agenda that is setting us back 100 years.

My support still goes out to the entire McCain family. Senator McCain will be remembered for his bravery, honesty, and a hard worker who loved his country. America will continue to remember him best. He will be so sadly missed.

The GOP owes it's relevancy to DT. He brought blue collar labor back to a party going away. They now have an economy, and judges.

Actually D.C. reminds me of small town lawyers. Fighting each other in court then eating lunch together at the diner around the corner .

Truth. I remember when I had a deposition for a bank case & the 2 opposing lawyers were at each others’ throats during questioning but when they’d break for water or for the recorder to rest, they’d kindly ask each other about family, recent events, golf, etc like best friends.
