Canada and Mexico are the U.S.’s largest trading partners, and NAFTA undergirds more than a trillion dollars in trade across North America each year. Any changes to the agreement could have major repercussions to the economies of all three countries. http://nyer.cm/1hnv5Kg

I thought the important element was to make agreements that are fair to the US, and its citizens? If Canada or Mexico were taking advantage of trading agreements, then it is time to shift course and renegotiate.

Seems to me that for American losing about 9 million jobs wont help us much if we kick Canada out of NAFTA, but again Trump is so smart he can run the whole country by himself.

You may not like our President, but the man has saved us billions on all his manuvers. Unlike Obama, Mr. Trump has a history of success in business, and so far in running our economy. Our growth has doubled, and we are not selling out to the rest of the world. Canada needs us.

Trump went bankrupt six times, his "success" is an illusion perpetuated on television.  He is an ignorant huckster who sells his name.  How much do you know about Trump University?  Your tax cut expires in ten years, while his (and the corporate cuts) will have to be repealed.

Faux news viewer. My bro voted for 45 and was fuming today...he had to spend over $400 on wood for a roof which normally would have been $150. HE blamed the tariffs. Trump is willing to throw Americans under the bus for an economic adviser from http://amazon.com .

President Trump’s attempts to bully Canada are no way to negotiate with a trading partner. No. Canada and Mexico are not enemies. Mexico does not send the US its rapists. Canada and Mexico do not steal American jobs. Free and open trade, good relationships benefit us all.

To Canada: Most of us didn't vote for this lunatic, and we're working as hard as we can to cripple and then get rid of him. Our system is obviously flawed, or he wouldn't be in the White House. It's also sluggish to respond. The GOP is corrupt and is resisting us in the effort.
