Full immunity is not standard practice. I've been a criminal defense attorney for a decade and a half. I have NEVER seen a full immunity agreement. Not once.
-
Well now you've gone and told the knowledgeable truth. I think I have a vague memory of THAT being standard practice.

-
I've sometimes seen use immunity, but never just a full blanket protection from all prosecution. And use immunity doesn't happen much either. Deals for cooperation are the golden ticket.
-
As someone who knows your stuff, how do you see this playing out? If Dems take house back in Nov, push for impeachment then he resigns when cornered, arrest after office? I mean, if conspiracy with Russia is proven...Treason?
-
The only thing it seems certain they'll have evidence of is financial. Like campaign finance violations. I don't think there will ever be a reason prosecution nor do I think there should be by what I've heard so far.

You are mistaken, sir. I did not go bonkers. More fake news from the liberal New Yorker. Stick to creative content. You’re better at it.
