        All the bldg operations are usually on ground floors or basement. Tall bldg' with no a/c, no open able windows, no fresh water. That would be hell.

        As the one Senator or Congressman said, the water is rising because rocks are falling into it from places like the White Cliff of Dover.....or off cliffs in California. That has to be true. He said it at a hearing. I heard him. So it must be true. (NOT)
