“Straight White Men” is such a great title for a show that it momentarily blinds you to the fact that there’s no real script to support it, Hilton Als writes: http://nyer.cm/XVpUcWL pic.twitter.com/MkHwegxSbr

Why is that "such a great title for a show?"

Couldn’t disagree more. Reading the script, it illustrates their lives and dilemma and hits its targets with surgical precision but with lots of humor and empathy. And spectacular performances by @MrJoshCharles, @armiehammer et al only make it better.

Straight White Men or Straight White Women may not be the title for almost EVERY show on TV, Streaming Service or Online but that's what it is with the 'default' white centric stories and rarely led by POC or LGBTQ that aren't racist or homophobic or 'male gaze' stereotypespic.twitter.com/QGjB09xHCF
