As Brett Kavanaugh nears a lifetime Supreme Court appointment, we are witnessing the denouement of an outrageous power grab by a radicalized political party: http://nyer.cm/QAUszVu pic.twitter.com/0ihzmzJYJR

Not just complaints of a sore loser, but one who’s ignorant of just how a Republic works under a Constitution that was crafted to protect us from the vagaries of an unbridled democracy.

The radicalized political party that now controls 2/3rds of the gubernati=orial offices, the House, the Senate, the Presidency, and most State legislatures. It is the Democrats who have marginalized themselves.

You Americans are the only ones who think Supreme Court Justices are real Judges. Those of us in the first world with systems of law derived from England regard your Supreme Court as a blatant political chamber with second rate jurisprudence

You really are insane. How, just how do you define rational Constitutional judges doing EXACTLY what they are supposed to do as extremists?

Because they feel the courts job is to legislate. I heard sanders actually say that today in an interview. They’re throwing a tantrum because they’ve lost their end run around voters & legislators.

Correct because they do NOT submit to the Constitution and have not since LBJ

What a BS article from a leftest publication. Maybe you should retake a history class, civics class and read the constitution. The US is a republic! It was set up this way so states like Ca & NY will never dictate their policies to the rest of the country.
