Upon Justice Kennedy’s retirement, the President is unlikely to nominate a moderate. What rulings would a brazen conservative majority produce?http://nyer.cm/VBPq4Ni

Can a Federal judge or SCOTUS be impeached? The Senate needs a two-thirds majority to convict. The impeachment of federal judges, in fact, is often an even more murky process than the impeachment of other officials. VOTE in Nov! We have power when we are united.

Yes, a member of the Supreme Court can be impeached.

I want to see more reporting about why Kennedy decided to retire now. Did Trump suggest it? Because of the judge’s son’s ties to the bank that lent 45 money?? What’s the truth on this story?

.@NewYorker what I would like to see is some good writing on how to resist the #tRump nominee ... there is a huge silent void on that, but it is vital to save our democracy.

Trump will pick the absolute worst person...because that is his modus operandi...everything he touches is corrupted and base.

The demographics of the court shock me. They are not representative of the morality or will of the country. The court is drawn from 23% of the population and are disconnected from the realities of life.

Brazen? You mean a court that actually follows the Constitution instead of a leftist court that only wants to pass its own laws to support its own ideology?

Kennedy flushed his "legacy" down the toilet bowing out so dumpster could stoke his elephantine ego by making a SCOTUS pick

Probably rulings based on law instead of feelings. In other words, rulings that will make liberals even more laughably hysterical in their wake.
