You cannot spit in the plates and then demand your dinner. The best way to receive civility at night is to not assault it all day long. It’s the simple wisdom of the table.http://nyer.cm/BwmcijK

Yes, yes, yes. The lying, lying, lying, lying . . . . I will not normalize it. I will not pretend I don't have a moral obligation to speak out - directly - to those that lead this administration. Non-violently and based in fact. But she will just have to deal.pic.twitter.com/5V2DYenPFK

There are four tenants for the table: trust, honor, respect & love. If someone violates any of the four tenants, the host has no other option but to ask guest to leave the table. It’s the mannerly thing to do.

Hog Wash!!! One cannot preach civility and then deny a citizen the right to dine in a Public Establishment. One cannot deny service on the basis of belief. If it was Obama being denied these same supporters would be screaming "prejudice."

Unfortunately while I agree w/article, the Right (masters of false equivalencies) will use this to push MAGA loving restaurant owners to ban anyone who is a Democrat from their establishments. They‘ll contort & twist logic in order to justify it & FOX will gleefully report it.

There aren't any Trump supporting establishments that Democrats are willing to patronize. Besides, most of them would be too craven to turn down perfectly good money.

We really should be addressing the fact that Huckabee-Sanders used a government account and her status as a government official to penalize a private business that she was upset with.

She used her government twitter account to call the private business out. She was criticizing them and penalizing them through what she did. This violates law.

They won't even answer questions or engage in open aboveboard press conferences, insult reporters and constituents. Heck they call each other names as they fall out of favor. Who wants to eat with this trash?
