        Can this be litigated in the Hague? How is the UN addressing this? How many immigrants detained at the moment are trying to sue, and which groups such as the ACLU or the NAACP are helping them to sue the US government? These families need help, and need it quickly.

        Great link, slightly misleading title. Even if Trump & the DHS sec have since grown uncomfortable because of the political fallout, they still readily implemented the policy the second the effect of Trump's victory wore off, so it wasn't a matter of comfort or discomfort.
