Much like a Trump rally, the end of “Roseanne” felt both shocking and inevitable: http://nyer.cm/MoQkTex pic.twitter.com/rzxVlybZjn

Kind of how it feels to be an American after Trump was elected. It’s just a matter of time before the Trump show is canceled and all those supporters realize they hitched their wagons to the wrong ass.

Not sure how being an outward racist equates to people peacefully protesting the murder of unarmed people but if u want to believe all expressions r equal I wiping challenge that. Guess if I say u can screw urself u'll think it's the same as someone protesting foul language.

when you speak outside of work you can get fired-- BUT if you speak up AT work, like on your knee during the National Anthem you don't get fired. WHAT is this Nation coming to?

The new Roseanne wasn’t very good. Had she not invoked Trump’s support the show wouldn’t have gotten the traction it did.

The pleasure leftists derive from the cancellation of Roseanne comes directly from her support of President Trump. Leftists with power invariably become tyrants once they attain power. That is why leftists should never again be allowed to wield political power from 1600.

No extreme left or extreme right should never wield political power in a great country like the United States because then rights will be trampled upon. The Republican party has gone way to far right and the Democrats have gone way to far left they both need to pull back in.

When she said that, was she still acting? I cannot believe that a modern American would say that or even think it, especially an actor where vagaries are everywhere: specifically, she could not have an ideal for racism, something in her mind which is not responsive to commonness

I'm not attacking popular culture for being plain. Has she become her character and there is a speech that comes from a feeling of belonging that is not current-not real?
