Agreed, many of the partners were crying. Great, open and honest conversations were had. We all had a our reservations at first. I’m really glad we had the training.
-
We were a little wary at first too. I was worried about how it was going to go, worried the content would be inappropriate/with outdated concepts. I was expecting a “I don’t even SEE color,” but there wasn’t! I wish there had been more gender/sexuality, but honestly it was great.
-
Same here! I’m glad they did bring up how outdated and wrong the idea of color blindness is. Also more gender and sexuality would be great. Maybe they will in the future. One can only hope.
