This is ridiculous, they used the complaint to bully you to only present one side of a debate. To keep control over not just how their students think but what you can expose them to, in order to control what their students think. That is bad news, exposes further liberal biases.

How will you know there even was a complainant? How will you know this was not a straight up inquisition of perceived blasphemy against the dominant religion?

I would urge caution as to lending importance to whether there is a complaint or not. Sure, it would be another thing for the school to answer for if they made it up, but whether an overly-sensitive student complained or not is largely irrelevant. 1/

2/ My reason for saying that is, lending importance as to whether the complaint really happened will cause some to say the University was right IF they can actually produce the complain/complainant. When in fact, they are wrong either way.
