    Virginia has extended it's ban on utility shutoffs due to non-payment of bills if the debt is related to financial hardship due to COVID-19. Utilities will also be required to offer repayment plans to customers who are more than 30 days behind on their bills

    During this pandemic, workers have been underpaid, denied health benefits, and exposed to hazardous conditions. Many have gotten sick and died because they couldn't afford not to go to work.

    Thru 12/31/20, your landlord cannot evict you for unpaid rent UNLESS: (1/2) They give you a written notice w/ how much you owe & info about the Virginia Rent and Mortgage Relief Program & how to reach 2-1-1 Virginia for other rental assistance; and (continued ⬇️)
