This just in: for months, individuals have been challenging NJ’s limits on large capacity magazines—a sensible law to address mass shootings. Today, the court of appeals upheld the law. Big win for public safety and law enforcement safety!pic.twitter.com/xjc5B0x9H5

        Limiting magazine sizes only limits the law-abiding and here is proof. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MCSySuemiHU … #gunsense #2A #RKBA #NotOneMore #ThisIsMyLane

"You know what, I am going to go kill as many people as I can. Wait, there is a law against high capacity magazines? Oh, well since that's against the law, I won't use one." This is the conversation you flipping morons believe is actually occurring in the mind of a mass killer.

Will not change a single thing. Anyone who wants to shoot up a place won't be using 10 round mags. Only disables the law abiding gun owner.

Only takes fraction of a second to drop a empty 10 round magazine and reload. Doesn’t matter.

The good news is that this will end it. Once they ban this, murders will cease and they won't need to move on to the next thing to ban.

They should just ban murder. That will stop it

Did the same thing in CA where I am, at least we had one judge that recognized this, put a stay in it until it winds its way through the courts.

keep up the fight brother. i continue to call and leave messages with my representatives. unfortunately this state would rather disarm law abiding citizens rather than punish criminals. so sad indeed.

You're out of your mind if you think people are gonna turn in their previously lawful property..I do hope NJ keeps tallies on how many "extended" magazines are turned in.

Nobody will turn in anything and no way there will be confiscating by force. The law will be disproportionately used as a tack on charge to extend sentences of inner-city minorities brought up on other charges. What a big win indeed!

        1. Enforce the laws on the books. 2. Increase jail time and bail amounts for crimes committed with guns. 3. Stop protecting the 1 child and putting at risks hundreds of others. Too many incidents where schools are not reporting these problem children due to singling them out.

Makes about as much sense as limiting packs of beer to 4 cans instead of 6 to fight drink driving. Why inspire a false sense of security with the public, and punish law abiding gun owners?
