    Just had my first experience of being spoken to like shit by an academic because I happen to be doing an admin job at the moment. PSA to academics: do not speak to office staff like that. It’s vile.

    Just a reminder that a “scientist” does not need a PhD. THEY DO NOT. I am 100% a believer of that statement - even if I personally am pursuing my PhD (essential for long term dreams). Stop telling people they aren’t scientists because they don’t have a certain degree.
