Has youtube been broken again the last 2-3 days? My videos get stuck at 50 views for the first 10-20 minutes then when Views actually update they are SUPER low?
@TeamYouTube whats wrong with your cite?

There are no related technical issues. Fluctuation of views normally happens when we try to validate view count to check if they are real and accurate. More info here: https://goo.gl/WpM23C . Hope that helps clarify.

I had people tell me they didn’t get notifications for said video today as well which is why I’m guessing views are low...

Just to confirm, are your subs reporting that no notifications are sending or that your videos aren't showing up in their subs feed? Appreciate the details!

My subs are confirming they didn’t receive notifications for my@newest video that went live today.

Is this happening for desktop, mobile or email notifications (or all of the above)? Also, is this happening with *all* notifications or just certain types? Appreciate the additional info!

Not sure what device the sub didn’t tell me. And it was for a video notification.

Okay. Have you checked if you've selected 'Notify subscribers' under advanced settings when you publish your videos? Also, your subs can check their account and notification settings: https://goo.gl/PdDKZW . Keep us posted.

I’ll check my advanced settings to make sure. (Just a question) why do I even have to put a setting that “notifies subscribers”? Shouldn’t that just be a thing? Like why would I not want my subscribers to be notified when I upload.
