What bitrate are you recording at. And what bitrate, are you rendering your video at for upload? Maybe I can help you.

This is my recording info, and the bitrate when I export is around 46mbps. I export at 1080p60.pic.twitter.com/SvYIlPEX4i

Depending on your bandwidth for your internet and your bitrate you record at either both those combined or apart could be the problem your wifi can only send so much to the yt servers at one time it may not be able to handle it all same goes for the render bitrate.

Higher resolution videos, like 4K or 1080p, take longer to both upload and process. Most of the processing should happen in the background after your upload is finished, and can sometimes take 8 hours or more, depending on your file size. More here: https://yt.be/help/3QZ9
