So they're wasting time manually reviewing content that doesn't need a review, but they are still struggling to approve new applications for partnership since their new rules. Been like 4 months now I think, and people are still waiting to be approved for monetisation lol
I know from experience ( my job ) that some youtube videos get flagged for potentially undesirable content for the littlest thing. In this case the CAPS on Nicks vid would get it marked
