A supplementary update from Council has just been added to the website indicating a number of additional individual apartments that may now be occupied.

Australia Post Notice All mail items for resents of 200 Spencer Street will be available for collection over the counter at the Law Courts Post Office, located at 277 William Street, Melb. Please be advised that photo identification will be required for all collections.

Late this afternoon, the City of Melbourne have updated their website as pertaining to the situation at NEO200, please have a look.

Their position is that the residents may not re-occupy until declared safe. Lockdown may be extended further.

The MCC has updated their webset just now extending the period of lockdown for another 48 hours

As reported in the Media, there was a fire yesterday (Feb 5th) at NEO200. All emergency systems worked as planned and no injuries to staff or residents were sustained. Good work by all concerned and of course emergency responders
