I’m just out of the 5th Circuit argument. The court was *very* skeptical about the constitutionality of at least parts of the Affordable Care Act. It is likely the court will strike down some of it and it will go to the Supreme Court.
To be clear, nothing is certain but everyone who cares about access to quality health care and pre-existing conditions should be very concerned after today. Any loss of health care will be due to Donald Trump and Indicted Ken Paxton, who led this frivolous lawsuit.

Disheartening. I'm glad I'm done with chemo but...still...there's always the scans and port flushes and a multitude of any other likely illnesses always sitting out there waiting to rob the bank. I'm in good shape compared to far too many.
