Considering YouTube had already apologized within minutes of it happening trying to figure out what caused it yes, it requires intent. The algorithm false-flags and its strikes are erased by YouTube all the time, just like they will be in this case. Relax.
In case you need help understanding; he hasn't been censored. His stream was temporarily taken down, and is returning. Therefore the definition of censorship is irrelevant.

I think it would be a very, very bad look for YouTube in the face of the Alex Jones controversy to then take down an unrelated stream simply for talking about it. They would be shooting themselves in the proverbial foot if they did it on purpose and stuck by it.
