My heart is bursting. On the eve of my first child's birth, my dad - who's been in prison nearly my entire life - was granted clemency. He never intended harm, yet his crime devastated many families. My heart breaks for the families that can never get their loved ones back.

You really shouldn’t be publicly gloating about this. His act of robbery and hijacking as you claim “not meaning any harm” left a guard and two police officers dead. It’s sickening to hear you reduce any accountability and instead celebrate. Not that I’m surprised

You really have no empathy for others, do you? The decades the father spent in prison far exceed what is normal. How sad it is to desire such revenge.

Of course. But no empathy for the child who was raised with a father in prison for more years than many Nazi war criminals served?
