Does anyone know if Mark's pieces on Hyperstition blog where also included in the collection of his writings? For some reason, I can't find his piece on Capitalism and The Thing he wrote on hyperstition.

Yeah, I think none of them were included, the ones which were included were reposts from his main blog.
