Genuinely bizarre to me to say Holmes! He’s more relatable in book version but still... eccentric.

Holmes is at heart a criminal in disguise. This is why we identify with him. He is a junkie, using unorthodox methods, has psycho fits when he hear Pablo Sarasate and has his own very personal sense of justice.
