I just go to the woods and pick them when they're in season. Clean them, cut them, boil them, then sautee them however strikes your fancy. I like to use coconut oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, and whatnot. You can keep the mushroom water if you want to get drunk later.

People who have foraging skills or are close to forest are going to thrive. All I get here are poisonous fungi. You can't go to forest in CT unless if you want to get Lyme + Corona combo.
