No, food Is fine. And there's a lot of variations depending on the region where you live. Where I live, hospitals are very full but not "wartime hospital tent" situation like in the Milan area.

Good. US situation is spiraling down quickly. Food shortage will hit in 2-3 weeks. There is in fact no effective delivery at this point because they are overcrowded and supplies are dwindling.
