well, using legal software like uTorrent or Deluge, one can "torrent" media using a "magnet link" from some kind of website. Russian sites such as RUtracker as well as more common sites like P*ratebay provide thousands and thousands of these

there are surely good youtube tutorials---and the process is a fairly simple agglomeration of 1/100th of a movie from 100 discrete sources etc. Anything made before 1985 is usually fair game ...anything in public domain ever more so...

there are many "private trackers" that one can be invited to that have very up the minute TV and movies and a slight feeling of security but also monitor how much you upload vs. download, A weird game of media data swapping. Not that I would do that of course. Nope. Not me.
