While no one should overreact right now, I think the power of panic is vastly underestimated. It is the panic redline between life and death to which people ultimately rush. The memories of Iran-Iraq war are being resurfaced. Endless queues and hoarding can bring down any civ.

Some American friends say, this is just panic buying. But that's the whole issue, panic is more serious than a pandemic virus. If you are not prudent and cautious, you will become more panicked than the rest of panicky crowd.
