Just imagine, he goes to some obscure chemist lab and buys a synthetic pepper paste beyond any recorded Scoville scale and then he put it on a hot dog.

I served him some very spicy Thai food a few years back, and he told me, do you have some raw pepper. He plopped a handful on his plate. That's just not normal.
